I'm sorry I haven't done any posts in so long but I guess I let myself get sidetracked with various things in my life, most of all let myself get changed into a different person...
I've lost a lot of weight in that I've gone down 3 waist sizes at one stage [altho I went up one since! *L*] and I've also become more determined and stubborn not to let people take advantage of me any more...
I'm determined to become a CCNA [Cisco Certified Network Associate] and earn good money and maybe move to the USA as I don't see my future as being in the UK considering this country is becoming more and more of a Nanny State every day.
Even tho there are days when I feel down, miserable and alone and I still miss my Grandmother, there are also times when I'm determined not to give up on myself and hopefully I'll make something of my life and find the happiness that I've always sought for myself over the years and that I've never either found or seem to have found...
In any case, I'm determined more than ever to make 2007 a better year than 2006 was...

I've looked up some information online [Thank Kami Sama I'm getting a new internet connection next week] and according to the Disability Discrimination Act 2005, Epilepsy IS a disability so in theory, the housing association that forced me into the flat that I'm currently living in have broken the law by claiming that I'm not disabled enough to live in my old place when in fact I am and that's why I'm visiting a solicitor tomorrow with a view to taking CDS [the housing association concerned] to court not only for financial compensation because they took advantage of my mental state at the time that I was forced to sign away my rights to my old property but also ask to move back into said property and also obtain a full apology from the big boss of CDS because there is no way in hell am I going to let these motherfuckers get away with cheating me out of what's rightfully mine.
And if I have to fight to the bitter end to do so, then that's what I'll do because I'm sick and tired of being treated like shit.
This time, I'm going to show these creeps from CDS that they've messed with the wrong person because they'll have a fight on their hands if they don't see me as a threat!!!
Even my mum who I don't get along with much supports me in suing CDS and she even suggested that I sue them altho another relative thinks I shouldn't take CDS to court.
Yes, I know I'm taking a big risk but at the end of the day, life is all about taking risks and as I said, I will fight to the bitter end if I have to...

I finally moved into my new flat yesterday even tho I was worried sick as I had a pretty bad panic attack the day before. On another note, my Support Officer; Lynn Houghton visited today and we've done a rudimentary budget and for the next few months I have to pay £38.00 to BT for the line rental plus pay off the connection charge even tho they didn't even send anybody out PLUS I have to pay fortnightly for my TV License until it's paid off so it looks like I'm going to have to do some serious cutting back if I want to pay my gym fee and internet access...
Looks like the cheap food places are going to be my best friend for the foreseeable future until I get a job...
Meanwhile, my Aunt and Uncle helped tidy the main living area a bit plus my Uncle helped install the washing machine and move the fridge to a special area which means more space for a sideboard and table as the damn place I'm living in is so small even tho my Uncle claims it's bigger than my old place. I've also bought a cheap phone to use for now as the one I borrowed is a bit glitchy if I try to use it with a automated service.
I've spoken to the wife of my local councillor who's also a family friend and it turns out that he's in hospital but she promised to speak to him today while she was visiting him and see what advice he could pass onto me thru her as he said that if I ever needed any help to come to him [that plus they've known me since I was little...] and he'd see what he could do.
If I have to get my local MP involved, I will do...
I ended up nodding off on the settee last nite in front of the electric heater because the gas wasn't switched on until today and I hardly got any sleep in my bed because it was so cold plus Jed was sleeping next to me on the quilt.
So for the next few weeks, I'm going to be unpacking and putting stuff in their correct place amongst other things and hopefully fingers crossed, I will get the grant and I can finally start shopping for stuff for the new flat unless I somehow get to move back into my old place.

I'm moving into my new flat next week and I had an application sent off on my behalf two weeks ago for a community care grant from the DWP [Department for Works and Pensions] so I could buy essentials for the new flat such as a new cooker, carpets, curtains and furniture amongst other things and I got a letter of rejection yesterday from them saying basically that I didn't meet their requirements for a grant even tho I'm homeless in a sense as I'm being forced to move home next week because of my grandmother's passing away.
So now my support officer who I met yesterday and who's been a very big help arranging things like having a new phoneline installed along with accounts being setup for gas and water [the electric account to be done next week] is writing a letter to be sent off today 1st class to the office concerned as she's going to make an appeal on my behalf saying that I'm entitled to this grant because I'm temporarily homeless in a sense and hopefully I should get a answer within two weeks.
Until then, I have to borrow a cooker to cook stuff in and I have no carpets that are decent enough to take with me amongst other things.
I don't know how these fuckwits can make a decision like this especially as it's these same idiots that pay the money that I live on every fortnight...
How do they expect me to buy things like carpets and a cooker because I definitely don't have the money to buy them...

I got a call from the local housing association today asking when can I move in and I said that I can move in next Thursday [the day before St Patrick's Day] and hopefully I should get my grant to buy the essentials that I need for the flat by then.
As for packing my stuff, most of it has been done including my collection of comics/graphic novels and manga which has been seriously back-breaking as I must have used at least 4-6 boxes for most of my collection alone and I still have to finish packing up the stuff from my bedroom!
I've already decided to get some wallscrolls [as previously mentioned] for the main bedroom as well as a couple of ecchi figures to put on display.
It's going to be a serious pain in the ass unpacking and everything especially as I have classes to go back to [fortunately the head of the department that my course is under has been quite understanding about the situation especially as I've said that I'm more than willing to catch up with what I've missed even if it practically kills me!] once everything is sorted out.
So anyway, please wish me luck with my future move into my new flat as I'm bloody going to need it!

Yesterday I visited the housing association offices to see what the situation was with the boxes I was supposed to be getting for packing my items in and the person I saw said that they wanted me to move into the new place next week which I think is going to be a pain in the ass as it means that I won't have a cooker installed until I get the grant to buy the essentials needed for the house plus the floors are going to be bare and I only have a week in which to get everything packed plus clear out the shed!!!
Is it any wonder that I feel stressed out right now!
On another note, I joined my local Fitness First gym today and am doing my induction on Saturday as I want to lose weight so I can become healthier...

I felt like utter shit yesterday evening as I started to have a panic attack in the Old Town area of Runcorn yesterday while I was waiting for the connecting bus back to where I live... [I'll be glad when the bloody local council get their act into gear and get the stupid new road finally built so the buses can run as normal thru Castlefields again]...
I ended up cracking up on the bus and instead of going to a neighbor's to lie down as I was scared I was having an attack, I ended up at this children's home where I got picked up by my aunt and uncle and taken to the doctor where I just broke down...
I don't know if it's all the stress of having to move out and losing my gran or whether it's something else but I'm worried I'm going crazy...
In any case, I have to go for a blood test today as I forgot to go to one I was supposed to have done last month...
