Since the last post, it's been a interesting if yucky few days...
On Wednesday evening, I tried to see the new Matrix movie at my local cinema in Runcorn only to learn that all the tickets had been sold for both performances that evening so I had to book in advance for the first performance the next day which I did and instead watched "Old School" again which was just as funny as the first time I watched it...
The next day, I saw "The Matrix Reloaded" and it truly deserved the hype that it deserved especially in the fight scene between Seraph [the protector of the Oracle] and Neo and I thought it was funny when Neo said after the fight with Seraph; "You could have just asked". But the best fight scene without a doubt had to be the fight between Neo and the 100 Agent Smith clones in the park after Neo meets up with the Oracle. It's hard to think that it's mainly done with computers but you have to admit that it's going to be difficult to top that fight unless they manage to do it when they show that preview fight between Neo and Agent Smith in full in "Matrix Revolutions"...
This is one movie that truly deserves the hype and I'm definitely booking in advance for the final part of the Matrix trilogy...
Meanwhile, I'm still feeling lethargic at times and am considering visiting my GP for a check up sometime...
Bought a couple of computer magazines yesterday and watched a repeat showing from a drama series called "Midsomer Murders" on ITV 1 and I swear the area in which it's set is the most violent area in the whole of England considering the amount of deaths that take place there! *L*
I also saw one of my favorite movies of all time in the early hours of this morning - "Mel Brooks' Spaceballs"! Possibly the movie with the funniest quotes of all time, I urge you to visit "Tom's Comedy Quotes" as they have a page full of quotes from the movie including these favorites of mine:
